    Note that it uses a very complex bracket that also incorporates an idler
    pulley.

    Attached is a folder with three photos showing an aftermarket setup on a
    351W, which presumably would fit your motor just fine. The replacement bracket
    (cad-colored) bolts to the block, incorporates a pivot for the alternator to
    swing on, and uses the stock alternator arm for adjustment; A/C belt tension is
    set by sliding the bracket in its oval slots.

    Call your friendly neighborhood Pantera parts vendor and ask for a 351W A/C
    mounting bracket. :>)

    PI Motorsports (www.pim.net) specializes in installing Windsor motors in
    Panteras, so they probably have a Windsor bracket in stock; the others would
    probably have to order it.
