Someone went to all the trouble to make it look like a 2000 Cobra R on the outside you'd think the least they'd do is install a set of Cobra R seats for the interior too? -----Original Message----- From: jonlee@wt.net Sent: Dec 13, 2005 11:37 PM To: Shelby List <shelbymustang@carmemories.com> Subject: Clones Late Model Look guys and gals... This is a picture of a friends 93 Cobra R clone http://www.highrpm.net/photos/displayimage.php?album=31&pos=26 I have a better picture of it somewhere, but it is a very good one that you really have to know the cars to tell the differance. Somewhere around 1967, a boyfriend of my aunt's had a 66 clonish car. He had a Hipo Mustang with the Shelby appearance package on the engine (valve covers, etc. I was too young to know to check the oil pan), with stripes, brake scoops, and quarter windows. He was shortly out of high school. Wonder if that car ever was involved in a fraud somewhere along the way.
