Just thought that I would get your guys opinion. I am rebuilding a motor for a 66 Shelby right now, it is a carry over 65 car and I was just wondering if I should paint it black or blue. Jim at shelbyparts.com told me blue but I thought that being a carry over the engine would have already been black?

If you have one of the first 252, 66 GT350's your
engine shall be painted black as the cars were made
from 65 Mustangs. If you have a higher number than 252
    the engine shall be blue.
