    up here we can sell 6 cars within a certain amount of time then you are a DEALER

    Stephen doesnt need a dealers license. In the state of Wisconsin I cant
    post a car without them calling me. I had a bunch of cars listed for
    customers on my website with their phone numbers ( they werent even here and
    I wasnt the seller!) and they made me pull it down, I dont want all the
    paperwork involved with being a dealer (RIGHT COLIN!)
