    "FULL potential on *average* roads"???

    Geez, if I drove my SVT Focus to even 75% of its "full potential" on ANY
    public road (at least, in the US), my license and insurance would be at risk.

    Or maybe the author was referring to the "full potential" of the average
    buyer of these new cars?
