68 Shelby GT500KR # 3860

Anyone know where my 68 Shelby GT500KR is now. VIN# 8T02R210987-03860. I bought the car as a left over 68 on 6/29/1969 from Jack Gibbons City ford in Watchung, NJ. The Car was acapulco blue 4 speed. I sold the car in 1973.
Just wondering where it is now.

Update April 6,2016. After 46 years years my brother and I located my GT500KR # 3860 back in November 2015 in Houston Tx and Bought it back. It is sitting in my garage on the Space Coast of Florida. I would like to thank my brother Raymond for taking the time and effort of going to Texas with me me in October 2015 to inspect the Shelby and confirming that this was in fact my Shelby then returning to Texas with a trailer in November to pick the Shelby up and bring it home.

 

Here We Go Again ! LOOKING FOR CAR NUMBER 3860, Bob Passed Away in 2017,and I took it back to new Jersey ,I couldnt Walk by it with out breaking down ,now i cant stop thing about it, Day and Night, I Sold it at the Mecum auction in harrisberg PA in 2018, to a guy from PA That his father owned a Ford Dealership, Dont remember his Name, Im Looking for the paperwork from the auction, but he Collected Shelby's ,and the people at Mecum, new him by first Name, he said he was going to put it on the show Room floor at the dealership, The next year he sold it at Mecum Indianapolis, I Really need to get this car back in the Family ! anyone That knows its whereabouts , Please contact me at Rayasobers@gmail.com , If anyone Has a Registry and can see if its been updated , it would be Highly appreciated , Thanks Ray . or I can be Reached at 973-809-9101
