I finally got to drive my new ERA cobra today. I've had it almost a month and between not having it registered for a while and the weather...either cold and rainy or salt all over the road I couldn't get it out until today. What a great feeling!:laf: I was nervous and worried that something would go wrong since I hadn't been able to check everything out but it performed flawlessly. The big FE seemed to never run out of power. I didn't open it up all the way, I saw a state trooper go by a little before that but I played a little. It sure sounded good. I can't wait till the weather is this good every day.

If she drives as good as she looks you have quite a car.

    Thank you.
So far it sure seems to run good. I'll get my feet wet with it a little at a time and start going for longer drives. I've really missed driving one of these cars.

Congratulations!! I remeber my first COBRA drive. it was in December 15 degrees outside!! Take it easy for quite some time as that short wheel base likes to get sideways real fast like before you even know it is happening, it's happening!! Good Luck!:guitar:

    Thanks Daltondavid.
This isn't my first cobra, I had another ERA before this one, it's just been a few years. This one feels a little different from my last one so I just have to take my time getting used to it. I know how unforgiving they can be from experience, I almost bought the farm in my last one and it taught me a whole new respect for driving them on the street.
