Even with long tube headers and a bigger blower,3 " is not needed.We have made 640 hpr with 2 1/2 exhaust and saw no power gain with a 3"...
3" is way to big for these cars.All that is needed is to change the muffler.There is no performance gain doing this ,its just for the sound.
