never had to do that...as long as the clutch is fully in it should start no matter where the shifter is...
Were they "Roadforce" balanced? If not get it done...I was amazed at the difference...

Re: engine oil question The spec is 5w-50w (which is hard to find)...I run Schaffer Oil full synthetic 5-50 with an Amsoil filter...
You hit the limiter...it only takes a second to hit the redline in first gear...dont you just hate that "OH SH** feeling"...LOL

I agree...the Snake is it IMO...a much greater potential for more HP and honestly nothing is better then driving a car with those Snakes on the side!
IMO there is no contest...the Super Snake is always the top of the mountain!
I have to say after modding my Snake and getting 547 rwhp... I much more enjoy running closer to the "undrivable side"...just me though...LOL

The only thing the T/C is good for IMO is eating up the back brakes...I ALWAYS turn it off at start up...I dyno'ed 547 rwhp and without the T/C on...
