1042 Princeton Drive on the market for $4.7 million

    The former headquarters of Shelby American in Marina del Rey is on the market for $4.7 million. The red brick shop at 1042 Princeton Drive is known in Shelby lore as being in Venice but later became part of Marina del Rey.

    That would be the place for a little museum.

    I agree. That thought crossed my mind as well. The Shelby folks are thinking about starting a museum at Carroll's most recent facility in Gardena, CA. Former home of Carroll Shelby Wheels, Carroll Shelby Enterprises, his Goodyear tire distributorship, various other businesses and current home of the Carroll Shelby Foundation.

    I like the idea of a museum at 1042 Princeton Drive though. Maybe some wealthy enthusiast will step up. :thumbup:
