Hello Robin and all, I bought my first Shelby GT500 in February it is a brand new (21miles) 2009 coupe and I did extensive body work, interior and engine work on it... All I can say is that today it is a 2009 Supersnake (KB 750HP) with all possible additions save the hood which I opted to keep to maintain the GT500 look... I also just purchased a brand new 2011 GT500 and reserved a slot at Shelbyamerican to convert it to a SuperSnake with some special additional features, prime are the wider back wheels (11") and the KB +800HP... I have been dreaming of owning these cars and playing around with them since 1976, but couldn't afford them before.... That's all ! Btw, the 2009 is Black with the Red Package Stirpes and Cobras and the 2011 is Red with the Black Package stripes and Cobras...
