1966 GT350 Side Strip Install

    Hey everybody, I'm about to begin the process of installing a set of side strips I recently purchased from Cobranda. The instructions recommend NAPHTA for preinstall cleaning and original Dawn detergent for water spray install. I've also read the procedure in their Catalog. If anyone has any "Hands-on" advice I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

    I like getting the car up off the ground so I can look down the length at eye level when applying them

    Tend to like getting the door part in place and straight then working the rest from there

    Snakepit, your right about the doors first and working your way towards the outer trim. They came out great and perfectly aligned that way. I wish I had a lift to work with. Being able to get the car at a more workable height would have saved me from some of the aches I'll be having in my neck tomorrow.....Thanks for the input.
