Hello everyone. I just bought my new toy on Thursday and I thought that there would be a forum like this. I had a Caddy XLR a few years ago and they had a great forum too. I'm looking forward to using this forum and hopefully meeting some of you. For a starter, does anyone know why you can't put the rear view mirrow that is listed in the Mustang accessories catalog on the Shelby? I'd like to get the garage door opener that is on it. It says that it can't be used when you have SYNC. Anyone know why?
Welcome to the site. I am not sure about the homelink mirror compatibility with SYNC. Does SYNC have the ability to be programmed to garage door opener? robin
I found out from a Ford tech that the microphone for the SYNC is in the mirror I currently have and the other mirror doesn't have a microphone. Maybe in the future Ford will get thier act together and in SYNC
