Anyone able to compare the driving experience of a '66 GT350 vs. a Boss 302? I have wanted the '66 since I got my GT500 13 years ago. I got serious over the last 2 years about getting one, and haven't been able to find a driver at my price yet. I bought a nice '70 Boss 302 a few months back and haven't really driven it much yet, but would love to hear the touchy-feely stuff about the driving experience between these 2 small block handlers.

By the way, let me know if anyone wants to do some horse-trading on an original paint, 22K mile survivor Boss for my elusive '66! Grabber blue/deluxe black/well-optioned.

In my humble opinion the 70 Boss 302 is a superior
driver to a 66 Shelby. Bigger car with room for a 220lb
6`2" guy and not so close to the steering wheel.
The Boss 302 sticks to the road better and is a more
    balanced car. Just my opinion.

As someone who has owned(owns) both the Boss is a better driving car even with the bottom end issues.
