On "Evil Bay", there is an ad for a 68 GT350 in Chico, California. I checked out the serial numbers, and they do not match the registry. I find this suspicious because of the low "buy it now price" of $38k, and the fact that there is zero information in the registry on this car, other than the fact it's a ragtop, and was delivered to Jacksonville, FL. Not even options or standard equipment are listed. I emailed the seller immediately to have him clear this up, and have not gotten a response. If I do receive a response, I will post it, until then, buyers beware!!

This car was on eBay before and I believe in the last 6 months. very well could be a total fraud.

To be fair to the seller, from SAAC's 68 registrar, it's confirmed the Registry in incorrect in 1968 on a number of cars, so who knows, it might just be the real thing. The seller never responded to my email, tho. If it's real, and a true "buy it now price" of $38k, that's pretty reasonable, but I really would be cautious on a car with zero history, unless there is a lot of paper documentation on the car.
