   What # was the last car to get rear recessed Quarter panel side reflectors ???????? The wife has car # 473 and it has them I have car #2993 and it has surface mount. What do you have?????????

   What you are forgetting is 68s were not built in strict numerical sequence so car #s won't help you. My car, 1622 built 1/26, has recessed. Another car I am working on, 1526 built 2/23, has surface mount. I think you will find the date to be around 2/17 +/-
