Are 66 HIPO rocker arm nuts the same as non-HIPO 289 nuts?

    Are 66 HIPO rocker arm nuts the same as non-HIPO 289 nuts?

    I have a couple of "Ford" bags of C2DZ-6A529-A rocker nuts and was wondering if these are for HIPO.

    I would appreciate any input.

    They are the same. Guy at a machine shop told me that the nuts for a Chevy work better then the Ford ones. You can buy them at a parts store.
