Carroll Shelby was a founding member of the International Chili Society and the first World's Championship Chili Cookoff was held on Shelby's ranch in Terlingua, Texas. Today, Carroll is still an active participant in the International Chili Society and having started his own chili company years ago, Carroll knows how to cook up a prize winning batch of Texas Red. What is your favorite recipe or secret ingredient??

You know, i remembered the one Shelby Chili page i found, but didn't want to say anything in case i was wrong, and it didn't exist. so is it really that good R?

Now this is a somewhat unrelated topic, but i bet, if you poured Shelby chili onto a slope at the same time as some other chili, take mine for example, i bet the Shelby would be faster.
