Have any of you guys ever ran across an Export Brace like this one before? This one has the Mustang spaced holes and the Shelby ones.:cigar:

Brian, from your photos it appears that is an original export brace for a 65-66 GT350. It has been redrilled to mount on a stock Mustang. The radiuses for the stamping at the bolt holes are aligned with where the even spaced holes are originally drilled. Somebody must have gotten a swap meet or junk yard part and mdified it for use on a standard Mustang.

I have seem some of this style for sale on eBay and just thought that it was one of the reproductions designed for use in the Shelby (equally spaced holes) or the Mustang (non-equally spaced holes). Makes for a more simple installation.

The one in the picture has been redrilled . It was done so the brace could see double duty . The wide pattern is for 65/66 and the narrow hole pattern is for 67,68. The narrow pattern will also fit 69/70 but didn't come factory on those years. Bob
