F.I.V timber steering wheel

    G'Day everyone Im a bit out of place here on this forum as Im an australian VW enthusist and know nothing about Mustangs. Hope someone is still reading . Ive picked up two old Wooden steering Wheels which I thought were Vw ,One fits, but other is marked F.I.V made in Italy. A mate said could be for a Mustang Can anyone assist ? Can they be restored as it is not in great nick ! Cheers Matt

    should also say SECURA. it could be Mustang, or Maserati. they made an over the counter after market wheel that Shelby sold through authorized Dealers. while not original to Shelby Mustangs, it was similar in many respects to the EFFPI wheel that came standard in the 1967 Shelby Mustangs. post a pic or e-mail it to me jed@craftech.com- Dave

    Jed, do you make the reproduction 67 Shelby wheels?
