Yessirree Buddy! Digging at my Friends Junkyard today we uncovered a long running Rumor and proved it true! 30 Years ago, this Yard needed to be separated from the other yards. Build a Wall was the decision and that they did! in this case, a Hemi Engine and Trans from a Desoto was the Keystone! The Yard has been sold along with about 30 others as Progress brings us Yet another Shopping Mall..... :thumbdown These Junkyards have been a source of many weekend warriors running down for parts over the last 50 years. Mounted up on some containers is Two Cars cut in half. One a 67 Firebird and a 69 Mach1. today I went up and actually got a nice bit of Parts from what was a Mint Green 428 Mach1. painted a Brighter color to catch the eye of passing motorists!

The Hemi is out of a Desoto. we have no idea what the future holds for it! as for the Half of a Mach1, useful parts will come off and maybe someone will want to make a "Shelby Clone wall hanger" for their garage!
