Im selling my 87' GLHS Project. 91,500 miles. #918 I dont have the time, room or money for another project. My SRT4 is getting too much attention. This was was running up till the time the Turbo blew an oil seal. The A525 tranny that is currently in the car is on its last leg and noisey. The head was removed from the car to remove the turbo. Once the turbo was remove I found that it needs to be completely overhauled. The car had an annoying overheating problem but I think it was due to a clogged radiator. The head was rebuilt 1,000 miles ago due to a crack. I purchased an extra 785 just incase. I also purchased an A555 transmission, Shifter and cables to upgrade the A525. The car will come with a full engine gasket kit and a Mopar performance Head Gasket. This car has no body cancer that I can locate. This car was Originally purchased in San Diego and has lived in the SouthWest desert climate its entire life. The paint looks horrible but aside from any recent surface rust, the body is in ok shape. It appears the car was in an accident on the front left corner and they replaced the fender with a Maroon fender and painted it. The Front bumper cover is in good shape but the light support is cracked. The interior is so so. The seat show wear and the carpet needs to be replaced. Mats are pretty warn out also. Everything is pretty original except for the Autometer Boost Gauge that isnt currently installed properly.. The Car has the upgraded mopar computer and was boosting to 14PSI before the turbo died. Reg is out but the car passed smog 400miles ago with flying colors. The Car comes with all the extras above. This car is the best Turbo Dogde project your are going to find. Im asking $1200 OBO.
