Attempting to finally get my backup switch installed onto a Hurst shifter and the mounting part went fine. Now I can't find the connector to tie the switch into up under the dash and not sure about the routing of the cable as well. The only similar connector I find under the dash goes to what appears to be the tilt-away steering solenoid. I've got the console and radio pulled, but still have to be a contortionist in my search. Is it possibly tucked back behind the heater box?

SOLVED! Investigated the routing of the cable from the switch up towards the firewall to find a place to bring it into the cab. While doing this, I found the correct connector breaking out from the harness as it came thru the firewall into the engine compartment. Hooked it up and tried it out and it worked. Was just looking in the wrong place....
