67 GT500 on Evil Bay. Only been up since last night, already up to $35k, for a full resto needed. There is no info in registry other than it's a GA car. Kicking around with the boys, we thought it might sell in the $40's. The reserve has been met, so the owner wasn't looking for some stupid price (that we'll see during Barrett Jackson in a couple weeks), so he'll be happy to make much more than he was planning on making. I wish I could be one of the happy bidders, because if it's the real deal, somebody is getting a decent buy.
The car seems complete. With the usual quickie resto of about $30,000 parts(repop)/labor and even if it tops $49900 they'll make some money. Too bad, more of these cars are getting into the hands of owners who don't even know where the dipstick is....
