I am having my 69 350 painted and had given the body shop the 3 paint companies and there paint codes that are listed in the 97 registry they painted samples of all three and had me stop by to take a look. I was shocked to see the difference in color from each manufacturer. My car is Gulfstream aqua has any one on the list happen to have had there car painted this color lately??? and what paint and or code did you use. I have no parts left with the original paint on them to match up to. I do have the original paint still on the floors as this was a rust free car but it is a thin coat that they apply and the color is not easy to match to. we took an area cleaned it up and sprayed some clear on it to try to get a better match but still not happy with the test colors.
