I Need some help finding out the EXACT color of The Gumball Rally Cobra

    Ever since I saw this film as a kid I've wondered and searched all over the internet to find out what the gumball rally cobra's color was with no success..
    Could you guys help me find out what color it was in?

    It seems like the only cobra I've found in that color is the famous super snake, and the official external color according to the auction site is "dark blue"

    I've tried to check up on the gumball rally car in the shelby register and its one of the few that's not registered.

    Both of the original Cobras used in the movie are in the SAAC World Regiatry. They are CSX3255 and CSX3243. They were both painted Guardsman Blue at the time of the movie.

    One was owned by a LAPD detective. Maybe his name was Duane Bowers? Can't remember his name for sure. They had two identical ones , one intended to substitute for the other if they crashed but they still crashed the nose of one and you can see it in the movie with a bent nose so I dunno why they didn't use the other rone.
