A Friend of My Dad's Gave this to him because he know my loves Cobra. But He has not a clue as to what it goes to. And neither do I. He thinks it is a real Shelby Cobra car part. If so What does it go to? if not does anyone know what is really is?

    thankyou.

    Hi to all,
This is interesting, but I doubt it is a car part. The best guess would be from the Cobra brand of golf related products. Can you give us an approximate size, and weight..maybe someone else will recognize it.Looks kinda like a diecast metal, can you ask more questions from the person that it originated from?
    Take care P.D.:)

My dad said it is bout 4inchs long. I havent seen it in person bc i live in a diff. state. Yeah Im starting to think it goes to something like that too. Except the golf cobra has a crown on his head. but then again maybe he didn't used to have a crown on his head. :) He still swears it goes to a shelby of some sort. I guess my next stop is to drive up to Shelby Automobiles and ask them.

    thankyou for your help!

Don't get your hopes up thinking you will find a answer at Shelby Automobiles. The people that work there were not involved with the company back in the 60's. Most were not even born when the vintage Shelby's were built. The Cobra logo on the metal part is not consistent with anything I have ever seen even on paper. Bob

If there wasn't a logo on the part I would guess that is one of two cam locks off a female hose fitting or seal cap for a wet or dry bulk material trailer truck loading/unloading hose based on the shapes and holes.

Form fits function, it looked like a cam lock for hose couplings.
