    JBS Technologies, LLC and MRI Direct Announce Master Distributor Agreement

    Thursday, October 06, 2005 -- Steubenville, Ohio – JBS Technologies, LLC, and MRI Direct of Plainville, Conn., have entered into a Master Distributor agreement to offer the Carroll Shelby line of premium remote starter and vehicle security systems.

    Bob Dean, principal of MRI stated, “We are extremely pleased to be the exclusive distributor of the Carroll Shelby premium line of products in the New England area. Being able to offer our dealers this high quality brand name product continues to build on MRI’s business strategy and strengthen our position in the marketplace. The Carroll Shelby brand fits nicely into our existing brand offerings.”
