I have 1970 BOSS 302 just completed, Carroll Shelby and Steve Lyons picked it as Fords Choice at the 40th In Nashville this past April. Just picked up a bankruptcy estate of cars sitting in storage since 1982. 1970 GT350, 1969 GT500 conv, 1969 GT500, 1968 KR500 conv, 1967 Shelby GT350, and a 1969 BOSS 429. Just now starting to get fluids changed to sort out to get them started. Dont know as much about Shelbys as I do BOSS cars. Picked up a registry book and have learned alot decoded what I have.
The Blue Boss?? Sold from your Dad's Dealership?? I met you there and we talked. I had my Young son with me and I am heavily Tattooed. Sell me one of them cars and I will teach you all you need to know about those Shelby's!!
That's quite a collection to pick up. It would be nice to have the task of sorting through those cars! Show us some photos when you have a chance. RS
Dalton Dave. I have been busy but just checking back on forum. I remember meeting you at Nashville. I am working on the 67 GT350 as we speak. should fire back up tomorrow after over 20 years. I would post some pictures but don't know how to. Will try and figure it out. I am going to be really busy for a while playing with them. Hope to take one or two to Carlisle with my BOSS 2 . may see you there.
Hi Piper250 I remenber you talking about the cars that a bank had and were going to auction off, on the Boss 302 site. I guess you got them. Boy now that is a once in a life time find. I want to know all about the deal, then again maybe not. At least I think they have found a good home. I have two, a 68 GT500 and a 69 GT350, so if I can be any help let me know.
