I have a '07 shelby GT500. I'm interested in lowering it maybe 2". When i change the springs ,is it necessary to also change the dampeners. There's a big difference in price between the springs and dampeners. Some guys i've talked to say yes change the dampeners bc the lower springs puts stress on the dampeners. Some say its not necessary that lowering the springs will not put enough stress on the stock dampeners. Any advice here? Thanks, Tony
