Your headlight control module is located under your dash in the center. Kinda looks like a 5X7 speaker. Bet ya $1 its bad Pretty common on these cars.
yeah as posted above, yer likely got a bad module....ya needs to get a working one...or i'm told, zzat ya kin pry all the "goo" off of it and resolder the connections and all will be well...i've yet to try it but many folkz have and have never had a lick of trouble since...
