Need help with correct tag numbers

    The pictures shown of the block is highlighting the casting date
    and not the assembly date of the engine. The tag on the steering
    gear box shows the assembly date. Consequently, they can't be really
    compared as the block can have been casted quite long before the
    actual assembly date.
