Welcome, that is a great looking car! How long have you owned it, and do you know any history of the car?

Originally sold at Bill Watkins Shelby in Phoenix, Arizona. Rancher/miner Mr. Hudson went to the dealership one day and bought two Shelby cars off the showroom floor. This one for his 16 year old son David and a Convertible GT500 for his other son. Wrote a $5700 check for this one. David (still resides in the Phoenix area) kept the car for over 20 years until his own son turned 16. That son preferred a new Mustang. So Hudson sold this car to a guy in town, Mark Fortis, who always liked it. Fortis had it many years and sold it to a guy in Canada, Ron Robertson. Robertson sold it to Dan Cundiff in Naples, Florida and I bought it from Cundiff. The 8-track still works, and because these old players are so finnicky, I just leave one cassette in the machine, Stairway to Heaven in a perpetual repeat loop, even my kids are getting tired of listening to it! Driven regularly, as are my other cars. Thanks for asking.
