hi shelby fans, we're new to this site and looking for info in re: 1965 shelby gt 350 american, number 492. my father is looking to sell his. he is the original owner. it will need to be restored. it has been garaged since 1970. any idea as to how much it is worth? any info would be very much appreciated.

I would suggest ebay motors to get the word out and see what the bid brings. Take many, good quality pictures of everything. That may give you a ball park figure on the value. Also advertise on all related web sites. Good luck!
