No Snake for the Shelby GT

    Does anyone know what the SGT didn't get a snake badge?

    It's not a Cobra. Ford wants to reserve that for their SVT product

    Shelby introduced the BERG COBRA emblem for the SGT this year.

    You can see it on the Shelby performance parts website.

    The Sgt owners asked for the emblem.

    If I understand correctly a member named Berg came up with the new snake logo.

    There was no Snake on the 1965-1966 Shelby's either........

    65-66 GT350's don't have a badge but if you want to get picky they do have a snake. Both have a Cobra on their steering wheel center caps and 66's on their tach and gas caps....
