Just closed deal and waiting on delivery of new Shelby. Any suggestions on break-in (other than lock my doors) Time period, type oil etc......thanks.
Break in and oil,,,,first thing is read your owners manual that you get with the car. There is a WSS number ending in B for the oil. There are three manufacturers of that oil. Ford motorcraft, Castrol and Valvoloine roush. These are the ONLY ones that make a statement IN WRITING that they meet that WSS "B" spec for th shelby engine. www.mgwltd.com has some nice little touches for the inside.
