You know, I had not thought of that!. I figured they just did it for cost and space saving. If a regular spare tire was usable, what size do you think it could be? Standard equivilent would be 225/60/15, the car currently has 235/60/15 on it (a friend has a Mach one with 245's on it). I guess I will end up with another can of fix-o-flat as a spare tire.
