Not a contradiction at all. The dealer can *ask* what they want for the
car - that doesn't mean that _I_ want to pay it! :-> You can be certain
that I will be negotiating as hard as I possibly can, and if I find
one that meets my requirements and costs MSRP+1k, I will jump at it.
