II have never seen hand written info like this on carpet before. By the content of information written it appears to be done by the OEM MFG and not a after market company. This would be a example of the exception and not the rule. The normal way the carpets are marked are by stencil or paper tag/sticker.The black rivits were used in the quarter windows and sometimes the Shelby ID(vin) plate in 66. Bob G.
