I can not help with finding the rubber bumpers but I can tell you on the 69/70 Shelby fastbacks there were metal studs on the back side of the scoop that pressed fit into a metal clip installed in the body. Double sided tape was also sometimes used in conjunction with the press fit fastening arrangement . The 2 screws were not chrome,they were a zinc silver plated screw. Bob G.
