  1. Hi

Need an opinion and some direction on a car I just picked up. It is a 1969 S
code GT fastback. 390, auto, AC, PDB, PS, spoiler. Car is very original,
needs paint rugs some interior work, and the standard detail work.

I'm trying to put a value on the car to see how far I will go with the
restoration. This is a tough one, since I cannot even find a comparison to judge
and have not seen a GT for some time.

look forward to everyone's thoughts also if anyone is familiar with GT's,
I'm not sure of some of the detail work on the car.

    Thanks

    Gregory D.

  2. Gregory:
It just so happens that I have a 1969 Mustang GT convertible that we are in the process of restoring. Ours is a 351W but I might be able to help you with some detail work or I can sure point you to the right folk who have the answers.
GT's are pretty scarce and it sounds like you have a nice one.
