A serial number would really help. Also an approximate location where the picture was taken might give someone a clue - U.S., Canada or Europe and maybe a State or Province or Country. The age of the picture might help as well - recent - 10 years ago? Just some suggestions to help you get the answer you want. Without some information, this might just be a picture out of the "Shelbys that need help" category.
