Just to do a rundown so it is clear. The registry originally reported (on page 1043) 935 for both 1969 and 1970. The correct is 936 (which accounts for a test car). There are 318 more units that were changed to 1970 cars (which I saw in a Marti Report on a 1970), for a combined total of 1254 GT 350 sportsroofs. I originally thought that there were 935 or 936 combined 1969 and 1970, subract the 318 1970 to get 618 GT350's. With the possibility of 152 Hertz cars being counted seperately, that would have made the numbers 1087 or 1088 for both 1969 and 1970. Now I have 936 1969 Gt 350's or 826 is Total 1969 GT-350 Fastback Production (including Hertz assigned vehicles). Isn't it interesting that a simple question of splitting the original combined production of 1969 and 1970 has unearthed. I am not trying to impune any sources, I am just trying to get the correct information whatever it is. I value all parties contributing and am not trying to pit one against another.
