I am with haggarty insurance. They use stated value as a basis. They are saying that the value that I have indicated is "above market." They requested that I find some sales information that would substantiate the value. It is not that I am trying to be crazy about the level, just it seems that above $100,000 they question things more. I plan to get other information, I figured to request some of the information from the people who are active in the Shelby market. Lee 66 # 869
