Re: Barnyard gt500 convert.

  1. Without a valid VIN, I view it as more of a collection
    of hard to get parts wrapped in an apocryphal (if not
    fascinating) story-- could even be a long ago clone
    (yes there were some, even as far back as the '70's
    and '80s when the Ford parts counters were still
    brimming).

    Conversely, assuming it's real (and a verifiable VIN
    can be provided) it's still a rebody-in-waiting thanks
    to poor storage, severe rust, and body damage, and
    likely missing parts. Original engine long gone, as
    well. With that in mind but still recognizing the
    strength of the current market, I'd put it at $30-$45K
    (again, if real).

    Just my opinion (no flames, please). Others? Greg,
    what do you think?
