I think we need to get the real story behind all this. If Shelby Enterprises doesn't want people making and selling Shelby Mustang clones then they need to stop the people selling the parts that make them. In other words...I agree with Jim You know...thinking about this sounds much like Napster and the whole copying issue where the record industry tried to stop the web companies from allowing unlicensed music to be copied AND going after the people making the copies or end users. In all, Jim's point of going after the manufacturer would have a stronger impact than going after people individually. Which leads to another issue. I noticed that double hump Resonators, 69 Shelby chrome fender/hood lip moldings and other stuff are being reproduced. I emailed them for clarification of the policy, have not heard back yet. FYI- all the clone cars are now under Mustang in eBay motors.
