I agree that they wanted to get the clone cars to be listed in a catagory other than Shelby. The Trademark laws are too strict to mess with. Most people think of them like copyright, with no real meaning. They are fierce and if anyone mentions Trademark infringement run like hell. Simple, if that is all they were after, to get the clones and replicas listed seperately then we have nothing to be concerned about. If they are going to go after individuals for other aspects of trademarks, like using a Shelby logo on a non Shelby car, then there is a huge issue. Lee 66 # 869 69 # 2055
