I run my car pretty hard (hours at over 100 mph) but have a nice oil cooler to keep temps under control. At least, I THINK they are under control because I don't have an oil temp gauge. :>) I change about every 3000 miles or so. Come to think of it, my previous two oil changes were with Elf (hey, it was in France, that's the best I could do) and more recently, Castrol GTX, but I can't remember the weight--it may have been 10W30. Again, it's a Europe-only thing. Just filled the 427 Cobra up with 10W40, and about to take it for a spin since it's 82 degrees and sunny here in Northern California. :>) Mike
