Not sure if you can get these reproduced but you could a while back. In heneral not many people have all the the original paperwork and supporting material. In the early years the dealer would gove you aa paper version of the Ownercard and the plastic one would arrive in the mail a few weeks later. In the owners manual you will sometimes (or at least see the glue that held it) find a metal tag with similar information glued inside the cover. This tag was made when the door tag was stamped (was the lower section that was detached) I've also seen that small tag slipped in a platic holder at one dealership on the passenger door jamb Jeff S -----Original Message----- From: Bob Labossiere <labossbob@yahoo.com> Sent: Sep 11, 2005 5:46 PM To: Shelby Forum <shelbymustang@carmemories.com> Subject: owner i.d. card I am curious how many Shelby owners have the original Ownercard Warranty Identification Card.In all the years i have been watching sales and auctions i have not seen any offered with the car that is for sale.Kinda like G.M.s protecto-plate.Please respond ! I have the one for 6S1757 but no info is filled out. The plastic card is glued to the original Mustang owners manual. It was that way when I bought the car in 1987.
