I'd say it looks like a 1971-73 351C Ram Air Cleaner for a Mustang. Notice how far offset the rubber gasket/seal is on the air cleaner housing. If this is what it is, then it would also be the correct one to use for a 1971 Boss 351 Mustang. The Torino 351C Ram Air Cleaner is very similar to this air cleaner but the Torino would have the rubber gasket/seal centered on the air cleaner housing. It is not a 428CJ part. The 1969-1970 Mustang Ram Air Cleaner housing is totally different from this one.
